Allan created Silver Lining back in 2007 with a vision to be the leading IT and Telecoms provider on the South Coast and has now stretched that vision to national. He still has a hand in the Sales Team and continues to work closely with our corporate clients.
With overall responsibility for the biggest team in the business, Molly manages all aspects of operations at Silver Lining. She is an escalation point for customers and assists Allan with account managing key accounts. She also deals with all aspects of facilities management and compliance that the business requires.
As well as overseeing all financial matters for Silver Lining, Russell works closely with all members of the leadership and management teams to help support commercial and operational performance across the business.
Sean oversees the 1st & 2nd Line teams within Operations, assisting them with faults/requests and is the first point of escalation for customers. He also works closely with managed service customers, to ensure that services are being delivered at the highest standard.
