Our Leadership Team
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Allan created Silver Lining back in 2007 with a vision to be the leading IT and Telecoms provider on the South Coast and has now stretched that vision to national. He still has a hand in the Sales Team and continues to work closely with our corporate clients.
DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL OPERATIONS
Supporting Allan and Russell with the internal operational function, Dee manages the building, Health & Safety, Human Resources, ISO and Investors in People compliance.
Working very closely with Allan and Dee, Russell looks after all aspects of the company’s finances and supports Allan with the running of the business.
With overall responsibility for the biggest team in the business, Molly manages all aspects of operations at Silver Lining. She is an escalation point for customers and assists Allan with account managing key accounts.
Service Support Manager
Sean works with the 1st & 2nd line engineers with faults and tickets but also oversees the maintenance of monitoring schedules for customers, maintaining site documentation and supporting the operations team.
