• To deliver ‘small’ projects as delegated by Operations Manager.
• To assist and support the project manager and/or Operations Manager.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management/customer for approval.
• Making sure that your project team has the tools they need to execute the project.
• Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project.
• Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
• Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
• To track, analyse, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing administrative support.
• Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
• To thoroughly update customers throughout project journey.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients and/or engineers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager/Operations Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in line with Silver Lining project document process.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
