We will be hosting a charity golf event at Wickham Park Golf Club on August 5th 2022.
Wickham Park Golf Club is a par 69 parkland course with scenic views of the Meon Valley. It’s a relatively flat course that favours the skilled tactician over the big hitter and, as such, is popular with golfers of all ages and abilities.
There are a few tree lines and a little bit of water to avoid, but the real challenge lies in hitting the greens, which are pretty small and require some precision with your approach shots.
We will be supporting Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices who provide expert hospice care to more than 550 life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their extended families from Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.
Their nursing, care, play and family support teams are experts in delivering the crucial emotional, spiritual and developmental aspects of care that families need.
Silver Lining began supporting the charity in 2016, and since then, we have raised over £20,000 for them; as such, all the proceeds from our Golf Day 2022 will go towards supporting Naomi House & Jacksplace.
