The Silver Lining team are so excited to be heading back to London to exhibit at one of the biggest events of the year within the call and contact centre sector.
The expo will be taking place at the ExCeL Center, London, halls S6-S10, and will feature a huge variety of businesses from across the globe, it is set to be an exciting couple of days.
Silver Lining will be setting up on stand K65; pop by and say hello to our lovely knowledgeable team. We will also be bringing along our ever-popular arcade machine and will be running a competition for the highest-scoring player, so don't miss your chance to become the new arcade champion. Our famously colourful goody bags will also be up for grabs, so why not come along and treat yourself?
The event will boost five main features of the industry, including contact centre technology, connected contact centre, customer satisfaction, the future of the contact centre, as well as employee engagement theatre, and keynote theatre. There will also be dedicated networking areas, as well as seminars and workshops running throughout the event. For those who wish to make their event experience a little more luxurious the VIP lounge will also allow you to continue your networking whilst making the most of the relaxed and hospitable environment, complete with complimentary refreshments and nibbles.
